Feedback - Any

Welcome to Anytwo. Clear titles and feedback will help the team and other testers. Please spend the time to describe:

Bugs: What went wrong? What should happen?
Features: What's the scenario? What's the goal? Who is this for?
Improvements: What could be better? How so?
Discussions: What's the context? Why is this important?

Please search before posting, vote on what you like, and comments. What can be seen on this site is not a full list of all development plans—our team has a separate internal tracker for other tasks.

Tags: if a Tag becomes deleted in general, remove it from the whole Collection

What well works: If you rename a Tag in the list of available Tags, it immediately updates all other copies of that Tag. -- OK ✔ ### What not works: If you delete a Tag from the list of available Tags, the individual copies remain in each Object. -- Not good. ### Requested improvement: Similar to renaming a Tag, deletion should affect each other copies of this Tag. (I know, my English is not good, sorry if the text sounds confusing, I can't explain it better -- watch the video) /api/storage/portal-media/2026/10/0e67f387-e2e0-4dd3-88bd-42c7a7b6cf53-tag\_option\_deleted.mp4

Callout and Quote Blocks: copy & paste transfer Anytype --> Anytwo fails

How to reproduce: 1. Open in legacy Anytype a Page that contains Callouts and Quote Blocks. 2. Draw a frame over the blocks to select them. Then press Ctrl+c. 3. Goto AnyTwo, open a Page there. Paste the clipboard content. Everything appears there as text. No Callouts, now Quotes, also no Toggles (for them I've already separate reported). For our tests, it would be useful to transfer some of our REAL data to AnyTwo, at least via clipboard.

Arrows (->, <-, <->) in object titles are rendered correctly as symbols in collection views, but appear as separate characters when the object is opened

What went wrong? See title. ### Steps to reproduce: - Create an object in a collection. - Type an arrow sequence in the object title, such as - + >. - In the collection view, observe that the arrow is rendered with the correct single-character symbol. - Open the object and observe that the arrow is rendered with separate characters (eg - >). ### Screenshots: ## What should happen? When opening objects, arrows should be rendered as symbols in object titles. ## Tech info Technical Information App Version: 0.1.6 Build: 2026-10-02 18:18 UTC · #e49d8d440f2c0ffbe8f24012f722a4b349191f23 Channel: release Network: production (default) Tauri: 2.11.6 Components SDK: v0.2.3 any: 385e1bd12ba9d4fcb27be0cff10ea4765adccffce8ce6ef0903661037cc7955f llamacpp: b10620 · 0c2e2de32818158643c1fc172790ba8f224e95d127326d8986ea8ddd31dea62c LICENSE: 1d62669bd478dcb823d921d328a11f0ebb03127570452cf1ffe714b93e2c0706 Account Identity: A9CgTXNB879BRRMCF2kaKoRdfjNa9FiwvBxnkEbaNXNwLfWe System OS: linux x86\_64 44.0.0

Find any image in anytwo 2. Click download and you’re directed to a webpage that shows the image in the browser. ### Expected behavior It should save the file in the download folder or ask for the location and then save to that location. It may need a download preference option in settings.

Table formulas - Relative references and the '$' operator)

TLDR; No way to copy formulas with relative references. A key feature, of different spreadsheet applications, is the possibility to copy/paste formula by reference and eventually control it via the $ operator. By default, without the $, the row and column references are "moved" according to the position of the target cell. While with the operator, they are fixed to the actual row/col value defined in the original formula. This behavior seems missing in table formulas and actually, it seems it's only possible to copy paste is the exact same text the resulting. Real scenario A simple price \* quantity table with multiple items Anytwo -Copy/paste the formula keeps the original refs, so it doesn't help much, it must be done manually for every row Common spreadsheet apps - copy/pasting the cell (not the actual text) moves the refs according to the target cell cell. So copy/pasting the formula in each row is enough, no manual edit.

Mermaid: not all scripts from Anytype work in AnyTwo

Wenn I copy & paste Mermaid scrips from Anytype to AnyTwo, not all of them become rendered. /api/storage/portal-media/2026/10/2df73b47-6218-4663-a7da-595a7773ad67-mermaid.mp4 This relative simple chart diagram does only work in Anytype, but not in AnyTwo: (async function() { const data = \[ { year: 2010, count: 10 }, { year: 2011, count: 20 }, { year: 2012, count: 15 }, { year: 2013, count: 25 }, { year: 2014, count: 22 }, { year: 2015, count: 30 }, { year: 2016, count: 28 }, \]; new Chart( document.getElementById('chart'), { type: 'bar', data: { labels: data.map(row => row.year), datasets: \ { label: 'Acquisitions by year', data: [data.map(row => row.count) } \] } } ); })();

Format: "Action" (Task): saving fails.

When I write text into the body of an "Action" Object, saving fails. The text disappears on its own after closing the Object. In addition, a syn-error appears on the right bottom. Finally, an error warning appears, but it is not recognizable, because of the small font and the WAY too low contrast! Here a screenshot of the error message -- I made it better visible by doubling the size and increasing the brightness & contrast: I tried to add an existing Collection to the Object's header, so that there would be a chance that AnyTwo could save it to a certain and different place. But it didn't help. /api/storage/portal-media/2026/09/4e548f08-3206-411c-a5ff-2d6d9d09dd74-action\_--\_text\_disappears.mp4

Symbol selection box: allow to expand the box

If we want to change for example a Collection's symbol, the selection box stays in a very small size. That forces us unnecessary to scroll a lot in it. It would be much more easy to use the selector, if we could drag the box boundary to increase the box' size. /api/storage/portal-media/2026/10/db5453cd-3da6-4f39-a7cd-b6ce42860a42-symbol\_selection\_box.mp4

Cannot move tabs to existing windows

I have two windows. I want to move back my tabs from the seond one to the first windows but I cannot drop in there. Instead, it moves it to a third window, leaving the second one with an empty tab. Like Anytype, I think, but the way it works—like a web browser where you can move tabs from one window to another—is actually pretty cool, if that's what version 0.1.6 promised.

Editing a Property: the kind of Type is extremely bad recognizable

The image shows once more another example of extremely bad visibility. Where the arrow points on, must be a joke! -- I really any human being on planet earth able to read that? Improvements needed on three places: 1. In my opinion, no text should have lower brightness & contrast then the names of Properties have. See their brightness & contrast as the lowest allowed limit in the whole App; never go below this limit! 2. I would like to have the Property names a little brighter then they are at the moment. 3. The text "Empty" in the Propertiy values are already too bad recognizable. they should become as "bright" as the property names are at the moment. 4. Where the arrow in my image points to, is totally out of limit for me. It even feels as if someone is kidding me! -- Give it the same brightness and contrast as the Property names have yet.
