RTL Langueges

Aligning to the right for RTL languages works as expected and I don't have any problem with normal text and headings, as well as tables.
None of the other block types except 'Quotes' do not align correctly to the right; they remain aligned to the left
The numerals in numbered lists don't change for RTL languages; they remain in English.
The title of objects don't align itself to the right either and it gets messed up for mixed writing between RTL and LTR
