Move notifications to not obstruct bao

Notifications (i.e. deleting a page) show up on the bottom right corner, right on top of the input field for a docked bao.

Suggestions:

1. Move notifications so that they do not obstruct the input box

1. Allow dismissing notifications manually (so that you don't have to wait for them to disappear)
