Sidebar: lower minimum width to support smaller screens

I know this isn't the focus of the current tests, but it crosses my mind every time I open Anytype (and every time I try—in vain—to minimize it).

Is it possible to make the title bar even smaller?

One of the computers has a small screen, and as the screenshot shows, my titles don't take up that much space...

Just making it a little smaller would be helpful, until further changes are made later ;-).
