Improve visibility of deactivated switches A LOT, and add clear visible menu borders

Context:

More then once I've mistakenly reported "missing functions" although they already existed.
The reason was simply that I wasn't able to see deactivated switches, that made me believe that the function isn't implemented.

What intensifies the problems for people with bad eyesight even further, is the fact that the configuration menus don't have a visible boundary around them. Therefore they are extremely poorly distinguishable from the background behind them.
It's not clear for guys with bad eyesight, where the configuration menu ends and there the boundaries are supposed to be.

Two needed Improvements:

1. Switches: If a switch button is in the "Off" state, it is actually quasi invisible for people with bad eyesight.
   -- Improve the visibility not only a little, but A HUGE LOT!
   Increase to brightness to 80 or 90% and also increase the contrast.
2. Menu boundaries: Please add a very clear visible boundary around such menus!
