Make the names of inactive Tabs better visible

I can read only the name of the active Tab.
The inactive Tabes are nearly invisible and their names are definitely not readable at all.

Requestd improvement:

1. Give the inactive Tabs the same brightness & contrast as the active Tab.
2. To highlight the active Tab, give it a coloured background, as well as an underline (the underline helps people with colour blindness -- you know, today's software must be accessible).
