Library: missing "close" button and wrongly named "open" button

What could be better?

We have a button for opening the sidebar and one for closing it. -- OK✔

But for the Library, there is only the button for opening it, but none for closing it.

Also, the name of the button for opening the Library has the same name as the one for opening the sidebar: "Open sidebar".

That all together is confusing and inconsistent.

Thanks for reporting this — the screenshot clearly shows the labeling problem. A couple of clarifications:

When you close the Library panel, does it collapse to a sidebar icon like the main sidebar does, or does it disappear entirely? And when closed, can you reopen it from the same spot, or do you have to use a menu elsewhere?
