Webview content shifts outside the window frame on two-finger trackpad swipe (Overscroll/Rubber-banding issue)
Description:
There is a layout/rendering issue where the entire application webview content can be dragged and shifted out of the main window bounds using a two-finger trackpad swipe. The application window frame itself remains stationary, creating a weird overlapping effect where the UI goes underneath the window decorations.
This usually happens due to unchecked macOS system rubber-banding combined with missing viewport/body overflow clipping in the Tauri webview context.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the application on macOS.
- Place two fingers on the trackpad.
- Swipe horizontally or vertically (left/right/up/down) as if attempting to scroll past the page edge.
- Observe the content sliding out of the window frame.
Expected Behavior:
The application content should be locked within the window boundaries. The webview should either disable the system rubber-banding effect completely or correctly clip the content (overflow: hidden / strict boundary masking) so it doesn't render outside the window frame.
Actual Behavior:
The inner webview shifts independently of the macOS window frame, exposing empty space or background layers.
