Drag and Drop images into the Any window breaks the app

If you just drag an image and then drop it onto the Any window without holding it enough so that it highlights a block in the editor, it breaks the app. If you hold it for a second and then drop it in the block, it's fine.

However, if you don't you would encounter something like this. You can't do anything at this point or even go back or open a tab. The only thing you can do is force quit the app and reopen it.
