"..." icon sometimes do nothing

I don't know if this is a bug or if it's related to the mini-apps... sometimes, clicking the “...” icon at the top of a page doesn't open a context menu.

If it's related to the mini-app, I don't see why we couldn't have options like “copy link.”

And in any case, if there are no additional options, there shouldn’t be a menu corresponding to those additional options (which is what the “...” symbol signifies).

Issue: Mini app-Wiki the object options button has no functions
Should have: delete, copy link, and copy markdown (for page format objects).

This is specific to mini apps, which are mostly in prototype phase and haven't been mapped correctly. Indeed, this would be an option button that gives you things like copy link.
