Hi Alberto,

Thanks for reporting this, and for checking it on your other Mac. That helped a lot.

This is expected behaviour rather than a bug. Any requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later. That's why the same build works on your i7 with Sequoia 15.7.4 but not on the machine running Ventura 13.7.8.

We looked at whether we could support Ventura and decided not to, at least for now. Apple has stopped releasing security updates for Ventura, and that includes the system WebKit that Any's window runs on. We also can't test on it properly. We'd rather not ship something we can't keep secure and reliable there. So we're closing this as "by design," and adding Ventura support isn't on our roadmap.

Sorry we don't have better news for that machine. In the meantime, you can keep using Any on your Sequoia Mac. We're also going to show the "requires macOS 14 or later" note , so people learn about it before they download.

Thanks again for taking the time to report it!

Thanks.
I wonder if this mean Anytype will stop working on my vetura machine? The thing is I keep using computers that works instead of keep buying new things that I do not need.

But you are right is out of support by Apple, no new updates because is jet a perfect working machine, anyway I understand your testing logic on this platform, make business sense, probably.

All the best

I'm with you on not buying shit you don't need and using things for as long as possible. But indeed, if we support something we should be able to make certain level of guarantees from various aspects. Thanks for your understanding.
