I think this is a general bug.
vs
The WIKI mini-app only displays pages created in the WIKI; I thought there was a filter to show only related items.
·10 days agoSorry, can you describe what you believe is the problem? The wiki only displays pages that are explicitly added to the Wiki or created in the Wiki. It does not display all objects automatically.
OK, I wasn't sure, but personally, I'm fine with it (and I wouldn't want everything to be in the wiki).
It might be useful to be able to add pages to the wiki that aren't already there (for example, if the wiki is active, having an “Add to Wiki” option in the page menu).
·10 days ago(edited)In the top menu in Mini App Wiki, there is a button for 'add existing object'. Is that what you want or something else?
Or do you mean the ablitity to 'add to wiki' when you're viewing an object elsewhere?
I have use this one, but having when you are in the object is much better, the current search button to add the page to WIKI is not filtering by other criteria than the name, could be a bit confusing. Also be part of a wiki is part of the context of the object, it deserve to be visible in the object itself.
Agree.
This applies to two situations.
- I'm in the wiki, I see that a page is missing but exists elsewhere, so I use this button (which I hadn't noticed :)).
- I’m on a page somewhere else, and I think it would be nice to add it to the wiki. “Right-click, add, done” is far better than having to go to the wiki, search for the page among hundreds or thousands of others, add it, and then go back to where I was before.
·10 days agoOk, I put this in our internal tracker. If you have problems with the 'add existing object' button/menu then feel free to write any suggestions on it. @Shampra @Alberto Alvarez
