Editor: highlight empty blocks when selecting with Shift + Arrow

When selecting blocks with Shift + Arrow it would be helpful to highlight empty blocks or show the cursor on the current block. Otherwise it's impossible to know where the cursor is especially when selecting multiple empty blocks.
