No UI option to delete Tasks or Areas (missing context menus & trash controls)

Symptom:
There is currently no UI method to delete a task or area row. Hovering over a row does not show a trash bin icon, right-clicking does not bring up a context menu, and pressing Delete or Backspace does nothing.

Workaround:
Asking the AI agent in chat to "delete task in Inbox" succeeds (confirming the backend API supports deletion), but the prototype frontend UI lacks visual deletion controls.

Expected Behavior:
Add standard item management options (Delete, Archive, Duplicate, Rename) to row hover controls, right-click menus, and keyboard shortcuts.
