cron job are in GMT and not Local time zone

I created a schedule with the help of bao that runs on 0 10 * * * (10 AM everyday) but my timezone is IST.

bao 's note on this:
> Worth knowing: it's a cron expression, so it runs in the runner's local timezone, which is your +05:30.

But, it is firing according to the GMT. (3:30 PM in IST)

Expected behavior

The cron job schedule should run in the local time zone of the runner.
