Wrong local time setting changes oder of messages in chat.

I just started to chat in the Anytwo Assembly chat. However, my local time setting in Windows seemed to be not correct, but two hours behind local time.

That sorted my chat-messages in the wrong place within the chat-stream, so that it looked, as if I had written my greetings two hours ago.

After correcting OS time to local time, everything worked out fine.
