Memory usage by tauri://localhost process increases overtime

Also when a page stays open for a long time and gets updated from elsewhere (another device or the assistant), the app kept an old copy of the whole page in memory for every update. The next update caps this, so memory stops growing after a while. A follow-up update will make each change cost only what actually changed.

Thanks for the report and the screenshot. We found two places where the app kept data in memory for as long as it was open:

• the undo history of an open page, which kept growing as the page changed;
• the history of chats you weren't looking at, including Bao's chat.

Both now have a limit, so memory use should stay flat during long sessions. The fix will ship in an upcoming update. If you still see memory climbing after updating, let us know and we'll dig further.

Interesting, I haven't seen that issue yet after running for 15hrs. What system/ technical details are you using?
