Clicking on Windows notifications (for chat) doesn't open the app or go to it

Hi Hexara, thanks for reporting this!
You're right: on Windows, clicking a chat notification did nothing. The notification system we used on Windows couldn't tell the app that a notification had been clicked, so there was nothing to respond to. We've switched to Windows' native notifications. Once the fix is out, clicking a chat notification will bring Any to the front and open that chat.
One limitation remains for now: if Any is fully closed when you click the notification, it won't open that chat. We're tracking that separately.
The fix will ship in an upcoming release.
