·2 days agoThanks for reporting this! I can see there's an image attached showing the emoji display issue, but the description cuts off right after mentioning "on the chat emojis" — I need a bit more detail to track this down properly.
Could you fill in:
- What should the emojis look like? Are they showing as boxes, garbled text, the wrong emoji, or something else?
- How to reproduce it — does this happen every time you use emojis in chat, or only in specific situations (certain emoji types, mobile vs desktop, etc.)?
- What environment — are you on web, mobile app, or both?
That'll help us pin down exactly what's going wrong.
Can you provide more details. Device, platform, and if you have any custom settings in place. I'm not familiar with what I see, but it looks like some custom emojis?
That's actually what I see by default when I want to add an emoji in the Anytwo chat, by using the emoji button.
