Crown dial like scroll movement in the middle part of the collection view

Steps

  1. Go to some collections where there are a lot of entries that spans more than the height of the window.
  2. Scroll all the way to the bottom
  3. Scroll slowly to the top (preferable with trackpad, not tested with mouse wheel)

Observation

You will find there is crown dial like scroll movement (Scrolls little up smoothly -- Then suddenly resets back to the initial position -- then scrolls again and loops)

What should happen

A normal scroll to the top

Thanks for reporting this — the video really helps. We can see the scroll jumping behavior you're describing.

A couple of quick questions to help us nail this down:

  1. Does this happen with every collection that has enough entries to scroll, or only certain ones? Any pattern to which collections trigger it?
  2. When you say trackpad — are you using two-finger scroll, or scroll momentum (flick + let it coast)? Does it happen with both, or just one?
  3. Does the jump always land at the same spot, or is it random each time?
