Double Approval for Invitations

What went wrong?

When people want to join my space, I get the approval pop-up twice!

Once with an incomprehensible ID (see request to avoid this)

Then a second time with their name.

Here, I did have two people, but I should have only seen the approvals with their names :

But then the pop-up asks me to approve them using their real names :

Thanks for reporting this — the screenshots make the flow clear. A couple of quick questions to pin down what's happening:

When you see that first pop-up with the ID instead of a name, does it always show the same ID for the same person, or does it change each time?
After you approve via the ID pop-up, does the second pop-up (with their real name) still require your approval, or does it skip to "already approved"?
Are both pop-ups appearing in the same session, or do you close and reopen the app between them?

This helps us tell whether it's a duplicate request being generated, a display bug, or a state sync issue.
