Seeing "Everything"
Starting this as a discussion because I'm not sure how others feel, but right now I feel a bit confused/overwhelmed with where to find the Objects I created. I know "Formats" is a thing where I can then go and list individual objects (that name is also confusing to me, I have read the explainer on the shared Space and it helped a little but it feels a bit abstract?).
I'm in general super used to the tree-like sidebars in all my apps, and Any currently feels very different, sort of like it's hiding things from me. Might be a skill issue and getting used to it, so I am interested to hear if others feel like it's a problem or if it's just me.

I think everyone knows that I'm really looking forward to a mini-app that lets you find widgets (yes, yes, I know, not yet 😁), including “Recently Created/Edited Items.” Or the ability to add them to existing widgets?
So yeah, I'm struggling too: I've bookmarked a few pages and I'm trying not to create any more.
Hey @Shampra , doesn't the "Page" Mini app solve as a "Recently ..." for you?
Same with the other Mini apps in "Formats", that do the same but for other formats (images and so on).
You could put "Page" and maybe the others into the Favorites section in the left side menu and put them there in a folder, if you want.

Not really.
That’s how I’m doing it right now, since I often don’t use collections.
Using a collection would force us to add an extra layer of management when we don’t need it (the point of a collection isn’t to find what we just created). For those who use collections a lot—or even exclusively—the experience is surely different, since it might meet their needs.
And as for Formats, I don’t remember exactly how Kaye put it, but I agree—it’s the “utility room” when you don’t have what you need elsewhere. You could do everything on the page; you wouldn’t need other views. But in practice, it takes more clicks, gets cluttered quickly since you see all the pages, and the display isn’t always optimized, etc.
So there are indeed several solutions, but they’re more like stopgap measures—they get the job done but make the experience more cumbersome.

"Formats" is one of the two IMHO most important categories. You'll need it relative often.
There, in "Page", lands automatically every Page you've ever created. In this sense, it works similar to a Query in Anytype.
But you already knew that.
The other one of the two most important categories is "Collections". Here you'll find all your (guess it) Collections!
"Formats" and "Collections" -- you'll need them very often.
But now, have a look into "Collections".
Right from each Collection is a tiny number that indicates how many Object are in it.
You can here, in this category, also create new Collections, or manage them.
If you open a Page, you can add or remove a Collection to its header.
If you do that, the Object will from now on automatically appear also in this chosen Collection, not only in "Pages".
Apart from that, to get it even more clear in the head what's going on, take a look into the Space settings, by clicking in the left side menu on the three dots of the Space's name.
Once in the Space Settings, you see there the two categories "Mini apps" and "Collections".
-- I suggest to edit their names in a way so that you can distinguish Collections from Miini apps, read my tip about that topic here:
