Idiotic stupid AI generated follow-up questions here after each report! :-(

After each of the last few reports, I got suspicious quickly responses with idiotic stupid and obviously AI generated follow-up questions about each little aspect of my original posts that already was as precise formulated as possible. :-(

I don't believe that these kind of follow-ups is necessary.
And I also have really other hobbies then to explain every single aspect of my already precise formulated report a second time to an AI robot, although the video that I usually attach to each of my reports exactly shows the respective problem"

-- I know, the team gets overwhelmed with the work here, so the idea is understandable to use an AI assistant here.
But from our testers point of view:
To become confronted with such idiotic stupid and useless questions that de facto only ask us to formulate everything a second time, kills our nerves!

Also our time is precious!

Please remove this stupid AI assistant here!
Its unbelievable stupid follow-up questions wears us testers out; it kills all our motivation! :-(

Thank you for your wonderful feedback, which we really want to take into account!

Just to make sure I understand correctly:
- How do you define a suspicious response?
- How would you prefer to spend your time?

...

Yes, I agree—sometimes the questions are completely pointless.

And as for the team really wanting to do what we ask—I believed it at first, but knowing that it’s AI responding, I’m afraid I’m in for a rude awakening ^^

Yeah, and I wonder why they don't simply switch off this nonsense?
We testers are already flooded with all the "normal" responses .
The senseless AI responses on top of that, blow that already long list up by a lot.
I simply ignore the Bao responses completely. But they appear, similar to spam emails, or useless adds on a website. They try to catch our focus. For nothing!

Because we can't try to make it better without it responding and testing. How do you suppose we tune it without using it? As mentioned in the chat, we're testing it out. If it fails, it fails. If it works, fantastic. It does not take much effort to ignore it if it's not helpful to you.
What I think you're not recognising is that while a portion of testers write good posts, the majority do not. And when the majority do not, it requires me to personally spend time decyphering, curating, commenting, fixing, etc.
Any bit of time I spend doing this, means it's time away from me doing something else. I think it should be clear why we would want to automate such tedious tasks.

As I mentioned in another post, the reason should be clear why we're testing out using AI for improving post quality. If you have seen how many comments and fixes I have to make a regular basis to even your own posts (which are of high quality), you must ask how much time I have to spend on other posts.
If you think that us using AI to help with tasks means that we're not listening to you, then I'm not sure what else we should do at this point. Right now, we have a tiny fraction of testers on Anytwo. I have no capacity to do this once we start adding more.
The alternative is that we will end up not responding to the posts we don't understand, and thus will likely just close them.

Got it. We shared in the testers chat that we're testing this out. Please ignore it in the meantime until we can get it right; and if it's not helpful at all, then we'll remove it. We don't want to make testing/contributions harder or worse. Apologies for this.

Thank you for the feedback — I hear your frustration, and I appreciate you being direct about it.

You're right that asking you to re-explain something you've already covered clearly, especially when you've attached a video that shows the problem, is waste of your time. That's not helpful.

I'm going to stop asking follow-up questions when a report is already complete — clear steps to reproduce, what you expected, what happened instead, and evidence (like your video) attached. If it's all there, a thank-you is enough.

Thanks for calling this out. The goal here is to make reporting easier for you, not harder.
