Synced Properties

So I know we don't have global properties, but synced properties the same way that synced blocks occur would be extremely helpful.
Example: You have a young daughter with a Friday coding class. There's a list of properties on that class's page where you might be updating who's on pickup duty. Both you and your wife have separate todo lists. Having pickup duty as a property would be helpful because it makes it easier to query todos for both of you, but both of you will want to update it each week, so having it synced is still necessary.

This isn't the same as a global property because it'd be opt-in per object, the same way a synced block only syncs where you've actually placed it and not type-wide.

In another post, I mentioned the lack of value in having folders/collections for the WIKI: having the contents of a folder that inherits “empty” properties to be filled in from the parent is simply pointless.
On the other hand, having those properties synchronized with the parent would be much more useful right away.

And I just proposed the classic “rollup property” request, which could also (in a different way) address this need: we would then display the parent’s properties of interest in the child.
