Move / Copy paste collection or page between space
I have a collection into a space, I want to move it with all content into another (shared space).
Is it possible to add a "Copy to" contextual menu that would let you select a destination folder and copy everything to that folder?
I mentioned moving files, but in practice I prefer a copy-and-paste option—it’s more reassuring, lets you keep the collection in both places (I actually have one file to move and another to copy and paste), and you can always delete it if you really just want to move it.

Not bugs, sorry 😞

Thanks so much for this idea—moving and copying collections between spaces is exactly the kind of workflow friction that matters.
A couple of quick questions to help us scope this right:
This is genuinely useful feedback. We'll get it in front of the team.
Generally, I want to keep everything exactly the same: collections, properties, pages, content, and views.
Different scenarios:
- A collection I want to share without sharing the rest of the space: easy—I just move it to the shared space
- A collection in a test space: I’ve managed to do something cool, and I want to preserve it in a clean space (or an archive space)
- Or, conversely, I can’t get a collection to do what I want, so I duplicate it to work on it without risking losing everything. It could actually stay in the same space, but there might be risks involving properties or other issues, so I move it elsewhere
- This is kind of one of my current scenarios: I have a clean collection with quite a bit of content (all my feedback—completed or pending—on Anytwo). It could serve as a basis for testing rather than creating a dummy collection elsewhere and wasting time filling it up, but I don’t want to mess up the existing collection. So I want to copy it somewhere else to play around with it!
Right now, it’s great—we have access to all the spaces without too many limitations—but moving or copying between spaces remains a missing link.
2. The question is a bit trickier, but I think the most common cases are listed above.
In an extreme case, I've actually had to duplicate an entire space, but that would be a different request ;-).
For a quick-selection list, maybe highlight the most recently used spaces or the most frequently used ones. Possibly also the ones where the latest copies were made?
