Collections with many many Views
Actually, if we add more Views to a Collection then there is place available to display them all, the left Views simply vanish out of the user's view and out of his reach.
Old Anytype has had a solution for that, but unfortunately not a good one: it then switches the display mode for the View names to a vertical list. -- I never liked that.
My suggestions:
- Add a horizontal scrollbar to the area for the View names so that the user can horizontal scroll through them.
-- Scrolling with the mouse wheel should also be supported. - In addition to that, I suggest to add an Ecpander aka Toggle:
The user should be able to click on a button that expands the area with the View's names, similar to an Toggle in the editor.
That makes it possible to display not only one row with View names, but even multiple rows.
Each row contains multiple Views.
That multiplies the total amount of possible Views to more then 100, or even 200.
