Icons for user profile

What's the scenario?

As far as I can see, there is no possibility in the account settings to add a picture or icon to the users' profile.

What's the goal?

Make it possible to add a picture or icon to the users' profile that should be displayed in the chat, too.

Who is this for?

For everybody who wants to recognise their fellow chatters and testers of any imediately on first sight.

Thanks for the suggestion — the use case is clear. A couple of quick questions to help prioritize this:

  1. When you say "picture or icon," are you thinking a photo upload, a generated avatar, or both? Any preference on what feels most useful for your team?
  2. How often do new people join your workspace, or how large is your typical chat group? Trying to understand how frequently this would come up in practice.

  1. Sort of picture would suffice.
  2. The size of group doesn't matter to the settings of my account profile.
