Collections: Allow closing/opening of all group toggles at once

What could be better?

If a Collection's View has the "group" option active and there are many groups, it becomes cumbersome if you want to collapse r expand all group toggles.

How so?

It helps to find the relevant group quickly if all groups are collapsed.

It makes sense to collapse them all at once also for the trivial reason that a View with many many entries becomes slow; it even loads slow if you activate the View. Also changing the width of the sections becomes slow if there are many entries.
Collapsing all groups speeds up everything.

Thanks for the detailed breakdown — the use case is clear: a bulk collapse/expand would speed up navigation in dense Views and improve performance when there are many groups.

To move this forward, we'd need to understand the scope a bit better:

  1. Where should the control live? A toolbar button above the groups, a keyboard shortcut, or somewhere else in the View UI?
  2. Persistence — should the collapsed/expanded state of all groups persist across sessions, or reset each time you open the View?
  3. Partial state — if some groups are already collapsed and you hit "collapse all," should it just be a no-op on those, or do you envision a toggle that swaps the current state (collapse what's open, open what's collapsed)?

Once we nail down those details, the engineering team can scope it properly.
